Sold my truck and told myself I was going to be smart and buy an old used POS to save money, but I'm a whore for the new car smell. Picked up a silver 2009 wrx last night. Fun little car for the cheap price.

The stereo sucks balls but going to try to leave everything stock for awhile instead of spending money right away like I have on my last 2 vehicles, we will see how long I make it.

Got it for invoice, 24,300. Probably could have haggled a little lower but at that price with 3.9% financing I was happy.

My truck got 8mpg in town, this gets 18. Will be a nice change.

Guess I should have said cheaper, my truck was 31k. 24k is actually pretty cheap considering the price of cars these days. New car prices are retarded.

They look really good in black but I refuse to own another black car. They look good in red too, but didn't want to draw any extra attention. Silver looks decent in person and because its blahhh it won't get any extra attention I don't need.

yup, I really would have liked the 2005 body style, didn't want to buy a car somebody had already beat on for xx,xxx miles though. I like to be the first to abuse my vehicles.
