Truck Install with SQ!!!

I have been out of the scene for 12 years now. I used to have Image Dynamic CD Comp Minihorns in my 1994 Dodge ram. ($1200) They were really good, But I am now ready to install a new system in my 2003 Dodge Ram Quad cab. Front stage is top priority. I have been looking at Dynaudio,Focal and wanted some other recommendations. I have not listened to anything yet so I have a long way to go. Also looking for something that is a very good off axis speaker too. You know being a truck and kick mounting speakers is a no no. Dash mounting and door mounting is what I will be doing and custom alignment is possible. Any info is greatly appreciated. Sound quality is the main concern. Thanks!!!

If your going dash and door, off axis may not be that big of a problem since you can do some good aiming/positioning from those places. A stated budget would help to point you in the right direction though

y not stick with what you know works? get some horns and some good midbasses. and if your gonna go SQ i'd check out Diyma

rainbow would be my choice as well. They make some great high end drivers

if not them, then morel, focal, CDT audio (high end stuff is nice, low end not so much). Those are just some of many reccomendations

I mounted mine in the door panel and the imaging is incredible.

Also, everyone that has listened to my Diamond D971's loves them. They are however very hard to come by nowadays. I have heard many good things about the Boston Acoustics spz series.
