Well, I will "improve" my wire placement now that the box is in the truck. As long as the wires are contained in their little paths I am happy. I gotts re-route my power wire as I have whine, bad. I gotsta stop cutting corners...

I'll fix it more better this weekend.

i had the txa-1000d on 2 12 inch alpine type rs in my 2003 impala....stock battery and alt and big three and a prefab box and i got a 141.

From the Walsmart. They had like 7 rolls left in the auto section, on clearance for 7 dollas so I figured it aint gunna be there no more and got two rolls. I used just under one roll so I gotta spare, even tho I hope I dont do another box for this truck.

Alright. I have to redo my sub-amp ground tomorrow cause I did it poorly. I have to fix my Pioneer engine whine too.

When I know, ya'll know. I have tinkered a little and got some nice output from them, just gotta get it right.

Well after some dial turning and wire re-doin, I have came to the conclusion that the gain dial on the 1000d is faulked. It looks fine. But it is scratch sounding when I turn it and it loses output at some randon and changing points around it. It is just garbage. Gotta get ahold of JasonPaul now. The amp will put out good power to the subs, but it cuts when I even so lightly rub my finger over the gain. Eh...

I hate when things don't werk right.
