I love lamp.
So last night someone broke into my truck and stole my ipod, thankfully they were nice enough to leave everything else (pocket knife, subs, amps, dvd player, pictures, rims, etc etc) in my truck so I can't be that mad, the main thing that bugs me is that the ipod was a gift from my parents and grandparents about 2 years ago and now its gone along with about 1400 songs and 200 pics (that I can't get back) I have an alarm (viper 771xv but my remote was broke so i couldn't arm it (replacement remote was waiting on front door step ironically)) and doors were unlocked, all things considered I think I should feel lucky he only took a $300 ipod vs. everything I had. But my question is, what should be my next step as far as home/car security? Im looking into security cameras which we (my 2 other roommates work together) can monitor our driveway from work and some more add ons to my alarm (currently just has shock sensor as far as I know, what ever came in the orig. box from the factory).
There's really no limit to how far we'll go to protect our stuff, just don't get carried away with unreal examples guys, i'm looking for some serious advice.
Thanks guys!!
