Truck Enclosure, limited space

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a little advice here.

I recently purchased a sub box for my truck. It has two separate spaces, both .75 cuft.

I put a 8" Kicker l7 on one side and am not that happy with the low end response. I'm driving it with this Boss 2000 watt amp at 2 ohms.

I haven't purchased a second sub for the other side. What does everyone recommend I get for the other side? I'm limited to 5 3/4" mounting depth so I was thinking maybe a shallow 12" like the compRT might balance things out?

Also, I plan on getting another amp for the 2nd sub.

Get a proper ported box first. You arent gonna get anywhere with .75 cubic feet, consolidate that to 1.5 cubic feet if possible and port it properly. You are also underpowering your sub by far. that boss amp does 200 watts on its best day.

Unfortunately I am stuck with the enclosure that I purchased, and honestly the is no more room left behind the seat.

Good call on the amp. After doing some research it is clear to see that the specs that Boss claims are extremely exaggerated. However, kicker recommends 200w rms for a sealed enclosure with the l7 8". Would you recommend feeding it the full 450w what it can handle regardless?

As for the other side, it looks like my options are a comprt12, another l7 8" or a compVR 10" (requires min .8 cuft.)
