Tru technology amps enlighten me

Have heard nothing but good things about these amps. Has anyone personaly ran these and how is the sound quality. I heard they are like zapcos but with a longer longevity.

Tru amplifiers are assembled in the USA, and they are one of the few remaining 12 volt companies that allows the customer to purchase one off, custom products. They are not cheap, so be prepared to pay through the nose. Of course, you can always look to the Audison Thesis line if you really want to brag about having the most expensive 12 volt Sound Quality amplifiers known to man.

As far as what people normally run on forums they are way ahead. Now compare them to others in same range and they are right around midline.

In all honesty, if I were to go with HUGE amplifiers again, I'd run the Arc Audio SE line over the Tru billets or steel.

yeah ive always wanted to try an arc audio se, talc i believe is his name, always has great stuff for sale.

ive been interested in mosconi and others.

zapco doesnt sound all that SQ crazy.. ive dealt with the ref line at least to say.

Mcintosh amplifiers have a somewhat lifeless sounds to them, they are very accurate, just lifeless if you ask me.

Zapco has some very VERY nice sound quality equipment. Both old and new.

I use to run them they were great quality but Ive sold off my collection a couple of years ago when getting into SPL now I wish I had kept them because they are getting hard to find some of the good original models....

My two favorite sound quality amplifier brands are Linear Power and Adcom.

Personally...I like Sinfoni.
