I don't know enough of the details of the case but based on what I've found, I don't think he is guilty. At least not "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt", which the constitution and law REQUIRES to be met. I do think there is a lot of tampering of evidence and a lot of pressuring by the police/government. Some witnesses even claim the real shooter pressured them into pointing the finger at Davis.
After that BS that happened with Casey Anthony, I don't have much faith in a fair legal system.
