trouble with HU

Alright so back in april i let a buddy of mine borrow my truck when he brought it back i had a high , pitched whine, turns out it was the rcas grounding out on the cage well when i was trying to fix it i mixed up my rcas. so i went to the amp to try to get them right and ended up frying my amp in the process. i sent everything into kicker upgraded my subs and had my amp repaired the put new mosfets in the 4 channel side of my kicker zx700.5. yesterday i got my amp back finally after waiting months to get the money back up to get my stuff back from kicker. now i have only my front speakers and my subs working no matter which way i switch the rcas around i can not get my rear doors to work. im pretty sure its the rca outs on the HU but not positve. does anybody else agree and does anybody think thats its possible to fix? do i need a new HU or will i get away with it when my crossover network comes will it cause more damage anybody else run into something similer with pioneer headunits. its a deh-980bt not 1 of there lowest lines of HUs.

been in car audio since i got my first car you should give up telling people what to do. as for the head unit i will figure out how to fix it cuz im just that good at it

its not my hu kicker sent me back an amp with amp 2 still gone i think. but im not sure thats what im tryin to figure out no matter which way i switch the rcas i have no rear door speakers.

Get an RCA to headphone jack plug ur iPod into ur amp test the channels

i just switched the speaker wires around at the amp, now i have no fronts just rears its got to be the amp. im a little angry that kicker has had my amp since april and they still dont have it fixed. what really gets me is that i just spent 5 hours the other night ripping my truck apart to run the wires from the HU to the back at the amp now im either gonna have to switch again or go with no music until i get it back which will take over a week. shouldn't they test every amp section before they send it back?
