Regardless, we did that score with one type-r 15" on an orion 2500d in a 4 door blazer. At a lower frequency too.

I'd wager that setup would be louder at a lower note if you used only 2 subs, but hey, what do I know...

Its definately capable of more. Sealed on the dash. Did some frequency testing prior to burp so subs were warm. This is with one battery and stock alt as well. Im satisfied so far for a daily.
