Trip to Mexico - What to buy?

For Spring Break I'll be in Cuernavaca, Mexico with my parents and girlfriend. I know going with parents seems lame, but we are staying at a friend's house who lives in Dallas, and it's a pretty tight house. What should I buy? I'm planning on buying some cigars...but I know there has to be some cool stuff somewhere. Any ideas?

perscription drugs can all be purchased basically right on the street from pharmacies without a perscription..

around here vicodin, hydrocodone, etc all sell for about 2 bucks a pill and i know you can get bottles for cheap as shit down there..

While you are there, make a stop at Mexico city and bring back my fiance's mothers Husband! His mother got sick and he had to go back there to take care of her, she is now RIP!
