Tried replacing speakers and amp still sounds blown

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the stock Infinity Gold sound system. It sounded decent for years until I blew the tweeters. Had the dealership replace them. Back to normal until the back speakers started having issues. The back door speakers sound like they're blown. I had a guy replace the speakers, that didn't fix it. Then I had him replaced the amp, and that didn't fix it. Since the amp replacement didn't fix it, I had the guy put back in the old one. Now I keep my speakers faded all the way to the front since they still sound blown. Any advice on where the problem is? Thanks guys.

sounds like maybe a speaker phase issue..one neg pos crossed wire on the 4 sets of speakers would cause that...ive seen factory wires backwards before...and was the factory infinity amp replaced with another factory infinity amp ? if so it was designed to power the factory infinity speakers...radio power sounds better than the factory infinity crap
