Haha yeah well I have 2 weeks of planning to make everything ready. 2 weeks is how long Don is going to be working on the box and I should have everything ready to just plug in once I get it from him. Only thing im worried about is how smoothly the amp mounting will go. Might have to construct a piece to connect to the previous factory amp mount.

Haha we've been talking for a week and got everything dialed in. I got the sub and amp to wait anyways they probably wont come for another week.

i figured i would be done with my car by the end of summer 2011, and i'm still working on it quite regularly....

Beautiful car. I have the '04 version. They are a dream to drive. And the stock speakers can keep up with a thousand watt system so no reason to upgrade and that's a plus! Looks great so far bro.

Started laying some wire last night. Got the (+) run for the amp layed down. I ordered 5ft and it took every single inch but I think it is going to be perfect. If not I got extra wire laying around but I wanted it to be all red. Still have the negative then laying the speaker wire down but I was having trouble with me negative on the battery. The nut to loosen up the battery terminal doesnt seem to come off all the way. I almost forced it off but got to sketched out cause it felt like I was going to snap it. I should be getting an answer from the Audi forums on what to do on the matter shortly. The fuse holder has some heavy duty mounting tape under it and is also zip tied to the wire thats held on the ground. That thing is in there real solid. I dont have the fuse in so dont worry about getting grounded everything fine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. I'd like to thank knu for sending me the correct fuse when I fucked up the order.

Haha that gear box is badd@ss. The wires fit under it nicely without laying on them. You actually dont see any wire once the middle headrest and emergency pack is wedged in the spare tire well. rofl oh that gear box . Im a 90's kid ive never drove manual in my life. I got my cheesy auto manual shift thats fun every now and then. But sport mode kicks the **** out of that.
