alright first off, you need to study a bit more. just go around and start reading in the sections and learn more about ohm's and what not

Well I told the guy screw it for the treos. I'm trying to get some good deep bass blow through or not. My options are keeping my t1's or getting L7 15's or possibly getting something for under the seat

Kicker L7s are insanely loud

Blow throughs are deff not easy. I would do like 4 10s or 2 15s AT LEAST. on the blow through. Skip the t1s, skip the L7s. If I were you, I would do 4 8s under the seat. Either get the cadences that are on here, or some SA8s.
