Touch Screens?

Im looking to buy a new car probally a Jeep Grand Cherokee and im looking to intsall a touch screen head unit. I was looking for any suggestions about them and if anyone has one and how their expierence with it has been. Clarion, pioneer etc. Any thought and comments would be great thanks!

If you work at a job where your hands get dirty then i would consider something else. My girlfriend has a touch screen cd player and it ALWAYS has finger prints all over the screen.

I install Clarion's all day the 06/07 stuff is great.. some of the best one's on the market.. If I had time to cut & Paste a Dbl Bin into my Dash I so would..

I also thinking to get me one of those I saw a Dual and a Jensen they go for under 450.00 and they look nice IMO

ya my friend has a clarion and it is pretty sweet but i havent seen any others installed in cars so i wasnt quite sure how they work and if they are good and dilay a good picture i also want one that has the ipod hookout with is almost everyone not to many dont come without that

I got a screen protector for mine from Screen Patronus

Its great. Anytime I have grease or fingerprints on my screen, I just use a microfiber cloth and wipe it off. Looks just like new. Highy recommended them.

i'd love to swap my d300 out its beginning to feel dated.

the eclipes AVN 5500 is a killer unit I just wish I knew how to get the finger prints off but you cant see them when its on
