Touch screen radio won't power on.. Any ideas?

I was hooking up a friends Pioneer AVH-P1400DVD touch screen radio in a 2007 Impala and once I got all the wires hooked up and taped, the radio wouldn't come on.. I decided to check to make sure that it worked so I touched the power wires on the battery and it came on.. There was a regular Kenwood radio prior to trying to install the touch screen and it worked just fine.. I'm not sure what my problem is here.. Any body have a clue?

Gotta be a bad fuse. Test the car harness and check the fuse box.

Check the ground.... and the fuse
