Its only your upload speed at which your seeding is all...

I meant it has nothing to do with seeding/leeching, just give what you take and it is fine.

I am only 6+ private sites and my ratio is 1:1 or more on everyone using this method. If it wasn't I would be gone.

Not sure if this is a private site or not, but it is good for tv shows when it works

Increasing the upload would only let your ratio increase faster(when your done with the file of course).

Well yes it would, but bouncing off my cap also slows down my internet browsing and DL speeds. When I am at the pc browsing or DL'ing a file I cap at 85% and when I am away I give it the full 45k.

Just a suggestion for those suffering from slow internet browsing while UL'ing or DL'ing

where do i go to change where all my music/ video gets played.. Some stuff goes to itunes some to windows media.. And what s the easiest way to export the music after the torrent is finished from my music folder in my documents folder to either itunes / media or nero

drag and drop works best for me. and if you are talking about extracting files, i find winrar works best.

Right click the file, go to properties. On "opens with" click "Change..." then pick from the group what you want it to opens thise files with(.mp3's, .wav's etc).
