Soreness has moved up into my neck. Pain is at a constant 5 on pain scale. Sometimes if I move wrong it jumps to a 10. I tried getting into my daughters Hyundai Elantra today and that ******. Pain is radiating from the center of my neck, down the shoulder blade and down my right arm to the elbow. Decided not to take another oxy today. So my pain killer right now is good ole Corona

Thanks for all the input guys. Audiobahn, your describing the exact pain. Except I don't have the numbness in my finger tips. Just the back of my arm to the elbow

The numbness will end up getting to your fingertips with tingling effect if you wait for a long period of time to get anything done/fixed.Ive blown out my left since this Jan, and havent done anything with it and has gotten more sore and daily tingling to my finger tips.Move your head a little too far to the right, and the pain rushes throughout your neck all the way down towards your elbow like its on fire..LOL.. I am putting off surgery,knowing it will take 3 months sitting at home, and another 3-6 to use it at 50-60% from my last one on the right.

Ya man .. Sounds like Rotor is blown out..When you go to get the Dye shot..dont expect any mercy..4-6" needle and they shove that joker right where it counts..Id ask for a wet rag to put in your mouth to bite on before they shove that needle in so you dont end up chipping a tooth like i did..After that you go to get the MRI done..approx a 20-45 min wait..your out of there.. week later back to orig Dr.,look at MRI...set a surgery date up..two weeks later ..Day surgery.. back home for 3 months in a Chair to sleep in for 3 months.or more depending on healing process(Blows Azz).Ice helps alot with the pain,and Bayer Max.pills help for me atm.Be sure you have gone shopping for food or have someone to be there to help out..You cant even drive due to the bumps in the road or turning your head to look both ways without shooting burning pain

Man this pain is getting annoying. Can't even ride in the car long. Every bump feels like I hit a pothole. Can't even scratch my head with my right arm. Afraid this is gonna mess up my plans. They are hiring two more deputies in January, but I'll never make it with a bad arm.

I tore the adductor muscle in my left leg during track.

Hurt really bad and I was out the rest of the season

Sending prayers and hope you get to feeling better ....sometimes with pain it is best to go outside let nature and God heal you ...close your eyes and feel the warmth of the sun take control ...repeat prayers and meditate to the soothing sounds of nature ...the birds can do wonders ...relax and slow down your heart rate ...focus thoughts on the pain ....to end go away ...clear your mind of negative thoughts let the positive ions over flow your body and heal you .....

You need an MRI, depending on what happened you may have a closing window on how long it can be repaired.

I was talking to the tribal medicine man about your pain and this is what he recommended...take 3 fresh chicken egg yolks...if you dont have any chickens use organic eggs ...with the yolks add 2 tbsp of tumeric powder ...use the organic form...mix this to a paste and apply to the painful area ..not to open wounds or skin cuts...then wrap it up in a cotton cloth or bandage ...organic cloth is prefered ...avoid contaminets such as dye...Leave this on as long as possible...and comfortable ....to you , a day or two at least

now that is some snake oil right there. Might sooth arthritis symptoms a bit but not muscle tears.
