i really dont think ull find anything decent for that price. u might be able to find a JBL or Hifonics, but nothing decent.

yes, they put out full power @ 2 ohms. they are rated 775w @ 2 ohms @ 14.4v, but have been bench tested to do 800-850w.

the new hifonics (ie. brutus/nemesis/zeus z and zx series) are garbage compared to the gen XI and older amps. ive heard many complaints about running the brutus @ 1 ohm. and they are made with crappy parts nowadays. the hercules is 10x's better...
