Why the hell did it take you 2 weeks to have your computer fixed?

dont ask me the power supply went out, i could do it myself, never have but im sure i could, so i called ibuypower they said they would send some one out to put it in, for 2 weeks they beat around the bush, so i told them to fvck off im going to put it in myself and the warrenty better not be voided , so i did, i could have done it day one but they said the warrenty would be voided
