For those of you that are asking about bannings on my site, please know that I am hardly active on any of them.

I let my Admin make the calls and he relies on the mods and their understanding of the situation.

I own 5 or 6 forums and cannot do it all, so it is best if I stay out of it and let those that ARE active to run the place.

Send me a PM and I will present it to the Admin/mods.

Their decision is going to form my decision 95% of the time. They collectively know the sites and the history far better than I do.

If they say it is cool. I have no problem brining you back. If not, then I will present you with your options

eh..

I can run in a number of crowds, but that one specifically was referring to those that tak care of their bodies through proper (or at least conscious & progressive) nutrition, and exercise. Those that appreciate the body for which they have and choose to honor it by treating it right, and getting the most out of it.
