hmm, my idmaxs all had gray looking cones, they were all bought from a local store, they never looked brown once, its wierd how some look different than others

the inner cone part it gray....that little ringy kinda thing between the imagedynamics part and the surround is brownish.

i had all v3s, i think i may have some pics floatin around, lemme see if i can find them

heres one:

the top part or the ring looks lighter than the rest b/c i have a light almost directly above it, but yea they werent brown at all, i liked it b/c that gray color matched the interior of my ford pretty well
