Today is my birthday

and I feel old at 24. Seems like time is flying. Usually it's old people telling you that life is short and what not, but ****, I'm feeling it already.

I know all you old farts on here will tell me I'm still young lol but it feels like yesterday I turned 18, and feels like I'm rushing towards 50 haha. Life feels so short, like I'm having a mid life crisis when I'm only halfway there lol.

I feel ya man. I went through school getting straight A's, told I could go to any college I wanted, and be making a lot of money by now and all this crap, but life had other plans for me I guess. Not all my fault with my decisions, but ya, I coulda made some different ones. I felt more successful in life at 19 than I do now lol

I did pretty well in school too, was making As and stuff, then when I got to high school I kinda just got lazy..still graduated though. I've kinda ****ed off the last few years cause I really don't know what I wanna do, (22 years old now). Hopefully I can figure something out soon...everything I wanna try and do I get bored of lol

Ya I don't really know what to do either. I want to go to college but I don't know for what, and everybody has a degree now days. I work with a woman who has a degree in criminology or something similar, a field that's supposed to have immense growth and opportunities, and she is making minimum wage and struggling just as bad as kids fresh out of high school looking for work.

i am 25, skipped college and make good money its just about putting yourself in the situation that will work for you.. not everyone is made for college.. i hated high school although i did make straight a's but i tried to avoid goin like it was the plague. if your 22/24 and still thinkin about what your going to do when you "grow up" you better hurry and make a decision..before you know it you'll be 30 and it'll be too late you'll be workin **** jobs forever making no money.

i just lost my job and had to have my dad cover my rent last month...

I'm 25 and decided a few weeks ago that I am getting out of the industry I have been in for 6 years, getting rid of my 4 bedroom house that I occupy by myself, moving back a little further north in a 1 bedroom apartment, and just about done enrolling in school. Better late than never I guess. I'll be 30 by the time I get my Bachelor's Degree
