Where's the illegality of it? It's not like that televangelist that claimed God was going to do something heinous to him if he didn't get X amount of money by a certain date - that was fraud.
Killing and eating a rabbit isn't illegal. If it were there wouldn't be hunting seasons set aside specifically for rabbits just like duck, geese, deer, etc. Saying that you're going to perform a completely legal action unless someone pays you not to do so I don't believe would fall under the same category.
