I don't think that was the point of this post, I think it was to caution users from ordering from that ebay seller due to his obviously bad-mannered method. Shouldn't eBay be doing something about it? I'm pretty sure eBay states you need to have the item before putting it up.

I ordered a set last week and I still haven't gotten any e-mails saying they have shipped or on backorder. I'll give him until the 16th and if they aren't in then, I'm going to ask for a refund and report him.

I already got my set from Audiosavings when they had them, so I don't have an axe to grind. Just trying to help out our compadres here. And wouldn't mind seeing that douche kicked off eBay either.

Yeah I understand. I been looking for them for a while and I was gonna order from him but since you posted that i'll find them somewhere else. I was just stating that dimensionaudio has them in stock now on ebay also.

I complained, and I know for a fact that several others have complained.

I also know that several people, including myself, have reported him and ebay is doing nothing.

I'd send that email conversation to ebay's abuse system. There is just no reason for someone to do business like that. If any real store did this they would be reported to the BBB.
