Recently we had a discussion and the libs laid into me regarding unemployment as well as the stimulus. It came out this week that the president has been lying about unemployment all along. From December 1, 2011 to the end of January 2012 the United States lost 2.5 million jobs. obama "seasonally adjusted" the number to show that we gained 200,00+ jobs and said unemployment was going down.

Truth is no matter what president or other political position not everyone will like them and they all have their own faults. We can go into a debate about how much the "President" really does compared to what most think. I would imagine that would be an eye opener for most.

Let's not attempt to marginalize the message by discussing the branches of government. I'm well aware of what entities do what. Let's focus on the fact that your president is lying to you about the jobs numbers to help himself get re-elected, since he can't do so by telling the truth.

Because the relevancy of the President is marginal. Lets not forget that our votes only express the feeling of the general public, but it does not actually elect the president.

Marginalizing is a bit strong per this topic. "OUR" President is doing what he is told to do. As all his predecessors. This changes nothing about him or our future Presidents.

as of right now, none of the idiots in the republican debates are worth a hoot in the white house. not saying Obama is the end all be all but its pretty fair to say that it wont get better by switching America's Head Coach at his possible halftime of office. If there were a better candidate, I'd vote for that person.
