Ok, thank you all for you're suggestions and I think honestly that's what I'm going to do. Just upgrade the entire setup in due time. (building a carpc, so money's going to that)
One question though, currently i have one 10" type-r with the phoenix gold xenon 400w amp. The sub's RMS rating is upto 500watts. If I purchased another xenon 400w amp, and hooked it to this single sub, supplying it with 800w rms, would the sub take it? or blow?
