to get a new amp?

I just bought a set of CDT HD 462 gold component set off the classified section. I already have a Avionixx 440.4 amp. 85x4@4ohm 110x4 @ 2ohm or 220X2 @4 ohm. the speakers are rated for 250rms. Will this amp be clean enough to power my new speakers. From what I understand some amps don't like being bridged on mids. I have never plugged this amp in to see how it sounds. I got it to use with another setup, but that car is having technical difficulties so I changed projects.

put it on them and see how it sounds. if you dont like it then get something new.
