Yes, I currently have my 125.2 hooked up to a set of Crescendo CCX65 6.5" and I was wondering if there would be any issue with me adding a extra set of tweeters and running them off the same channels? The tweets are 4ohm so I would asume by doing this all it would do is make my amp see a 2ohm load per channel instead of the current 4ohm?? Also, would doing this have any adverse effect on the comp set that I should know about?? I would be using the crossover on the amp to set my freq correctly for the extra tweets since my ccx65's are controlled by there own passive crossover??

1. why would you want to add a second set of tweets.

2. running that amp at a 2 ohm load can likely cook those mids.

3. where you set the crossover on the amp still has an effect on what the comps will play even though they are on a passive.

phoenix I want to add a second set of tweets due to not being able to hear words during bass notes.. Yes i understand the creasendo's cant handle the 200 watts but wouldnt that 200watts per channel be shared between the comp set and the new tweets 100 to each?? I have heard people say that the crossovers on the amp have an effect on comp sets even if running passive but I can spin my hp and lp filter to any number on the dial and it does not make one bit of difference in sound?
