Technically MACs are more secure from malware and viruses than Windows because of the lack of interest in creating viruses for Macs..

This. The reason there are far fewer Mac viruses has nothing to do with security of the OS and everything to do with it being so much less popular than windows systems. If you were writing a virus you wanted to be as widespread as possible, would you design it to attack MAC or MS operating systems?

Guess how people get viruses on PCs, doing stupid shit just like that. Also, guess which platform is easier to hack, Macs, guess which computer hackers prefer to hack, again Macs. They have so many more holes in their OS than windows that it isn't even funny, it's just that with 5% or less market share Macs are so insignificant that they don't even warrant bothering with.

The only reason they haven't gotten more is because they aren't a good target for trojans. It has nothing to do with how secure it is. There are simply just way more windows machines, so your chances of snaggin a lot of machines is better when targeting windows OS.
