Around here it's based on how old the vehicle is and the MSRP of the vehicle (the newer the vehicle, the higher the cost) and the gross weight...annual cost and a pain in the ass...then they charge for the plate stickers, which were "temporarily" doubled 2 years ago which has now become permanent, like every other tax that is raised. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif

Yeah, that sounds about right...when you're drivin' a beater in these parts you can usually get away with only payin' about $100...but the new stuff will cost you BIG time.
