Wouldn't purchasing smoke plexi or black plexi be easier? They make acrylic in many different colors.

brahmas sound great, I am going to try ported soon though. I tried sandblasting some acrylic and it was not a drastic contrast that I was looking for, colored acrylic would be easier if you dont want a logo in it.
