tint over tint??

nope factory glass is SMOKED not tinted, and i have 5% over my factory smoked glass and these are the best looking windows, as they show almost no imperfections.

Yes you can, A deep mirror tint is actually a mirror with a 5% behind it.

can u put darker tint on windows that already have tint or do u have to remove the old shit before laying the new shit?

You can tint over the existing tint if you want to......

if u tint over another layer of aftermakret tint u risk possibly shattering the glass, or atleast thats what ive been told

Yep that is the reason my buddy has his windows tinted. Has a bunch of sound equipment fully visable. Back windows are doubled 5%, sides doubled 20% and front is just one layer of 20%. agreed with bowens i know the guy with the 3 layers also. Its prefectly fine to have more than one layer.
