Tinsel issues

i was thinking it would break eventually too... But tbh i'm not sure how easy it would be to break. I mean, its a thin piece, If it can bump for that long and never break. A soldered joint would be stronger then what it used to be? If it holds well of course?

You can solder it back...but if you are snapping tinsels you do not have your subsonic filter adjusted properly.

2-3Hz below the actual tuning of the enclosure...otherwise if you fix it you'll be right back here again with the same issue.

You could also recone it, we're using all integrated leads now in the spiders.

I didn't snap it. I bought it that way.

I'll solder it and let you all know what happens

Its not the first time I've soldered a tinsel, I've just never done it on a sub that plays as hard and as low as this one.
