got bored while waiting for my replacement parts for my front stage, so i ordered some box plans from Jmac....2 cubes to 30hz. Lemme say they were very clear and couldnt be more perfect.

got a lil bored....

I use a utility knife(razor blade) and cut off all of the corners of the boards in the port then go back over them with a sander/sand paper to round/smooth them out. It helps reduce port noise.

*edit* I think you'll do fine w/o it though Your install is going to look flawless

alright guys i wasnt able to get a hold of anyones jigsaw so i said screw it and went to home depot and bought a 30 dollar one. worked perfect and i finished it up.

thanks....i dont know yet on the results....i gota make a new amp rack since the old one didnt fit with the new box so ill probably do that later today. and i added some liquid nails after i cut the woofer hole so i gotta let that dry up.
