Phase 1 nuking complete.

1. Snagged four six packs of bug fogger and sprayed the stuff through the crawlspace

air vents around the perimeter of the house. As I sprayed one side, the ants on the

other side of the house were exiting the vents and staggering climbing up the walls .. help me! Worked pretty good it seems.

2. Snagged various concentrated chemicals and made a potent mix of deadly bug juice

in my 3 gallon bug sprayer mixed with water. Punched a hole in the crawlspace screen

and injected the bug booze inside near the perimeter.

{windows in house closed} + {fan on} to remove cah cah smell.

Phase 2 - tommorrow

1. Snag one of those garden hose sprayers that you place chemicals or what not inside

the can. Going to pour chemical inside the cup and shoot a stream through the hole

on each screen to reach deeper into the crawlspace, just in case the bugs found an

underground nuke bunker waiting for the torment to go away.

Phase 3 - Saturday

1. Open hatch door that leads to the underground burial site cautiously placing

three 500w halogen shop lights underneat to strategically blind any remaining critters,

{deer in headlights} as I drop down below in my navy seal wetsuit with bug sprayer

in one had, small broom in other to clear a path of spidy webs and hopefully not find

any Iraqi ******* bug bombers.

That is great how you describe it, good thing, made me laugh after morning class.
x2...

did the cable guy ever tap the phone line?

another thing is to make sure they don't move up instead of out, that is if there are any remaining. hehe.

re: Mutant bugs.

I wonder sometimes. I started routine spraying with chemicals around the house

a few times a year. You get those killer chemicals that say "add 1 tablespoon per

gallon of water'... I usually pour 1/4 of the container in the bug sprayer. Then I add other

chemicals too. It's concentrated nasty.

I would see some spiders crawling out of the cracks and soak them with this mad scientist

brew and the bug keeps crawling away as if it's just a rainy day.. 10 minutes later it dies

but it's freeky to see it kicking back for a long time, perhaps it thinks it's a margarita ....sipping

the juice and saying 'yum'.

The fogger seems to work well. I blasted one spider when the container was almost empty

with a mist of spray and the spider was tweaking after a few minutes so that generation

of bug didn't have immunity built up.

If you see spiders in your house on a routine basis, guaranteed your attic or crawspace is

infested. Go take a peek one day.. Get a RC car with a spy cam installed and make your

own 'mars rover' to check the underneath of your house, might look like an alien planet.

'Starship troopers'.

LOL

Check list;

*coveralls

*small handle broom

*3 500w halogen lights

The hatch opens to reveal the entrance. Unlike LOTR, I didn't have to holler the

password to get it open.

Lights placed on the ground, some webs in the area.. use broom to rid them.

aha ... area seems clear...

A couple of years ago, 'they' did some installs in the home that required under

housing roaming so that area is cleaned out, akin to playing Doom and clearing a room, but off yonder is nasty.

Found a stick with black stuff caked in it... them be webs.... the previous installer

left his warez here...

Why do they call this a crawlspace, I can't even crawl, I'm on the ground

skooting like a snake.. I see the source area, the area where the main

electrical panel lies.. I see the distination area, blocked by shower/bath pipes

and other large ducts from the furnace. The only way to get to the other side

is to venture into the other section and skwerm under the duct, that is where

it's nast. Lot of spider carcass dried up from previous eons. fuggg..

I did see one spider alive down there so he must have been the lucky one

to survive 24 foggers....

Plan B. Snagged 12 more foggers to concentrate on ground zero over there,

to ensure no survivors. I'm bailing..

If you ever wanted to be an electrican, first peek your head in the attic

and then your crawlspace, then determine if learning that trade is worth it.

Even cable installers have to get underground sometimes... yuk..

I like my desk job better..
