Back to Black is not a dye or anything - it's just the worst vinyl dressing ever created. It won't make white spots come off.Back to Black is really that useless??? I got some stupid white marks on back of my side mirrors and on the trim piece of my running board, they would not come off.. so I thought I'd apply those back to black to get the white marks disappear?
x2 tried some of that on my dads truck on the black parts around the bumper and whatnot... looks good for about 5 min then it just looks like it did before //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif seems no different than armorallDo yourself a favor, though, and return the "Back to Black." That stuff is useless. And I would be weary of taking advice from someone who says that they put on one coat of "polish." //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

The white marks are probably damage from road debris hitting the mirrors. Fill those in with some touch up paint. Hit me up if you need any help with detailing your cars!
Pic of an Infiniti I detailed last summer for shits and giggles:
