I have been monitering the voltage at my rear batts vs. my front batt and they is a good .7-1v difference in them wen the bass hits, but they are exactly the same at idle.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif. Big 3 is done, and I have a run from the - on the front batt to the rear as well as them being grounded to the chassis back there...here is my question, do you think a bigger alt would help keep all the batts charged or could there be something else to look at

Batts are kinetik 1400 up front and 2 2400's in the rear...Thanx

thats not that bad when the bass is hitting. bigger alt would help, but i would wait until i fried the first alt. how many volts is your alt putting out? my alt is no less than 14 on a hot day. to go down to 13 is ok. when your going under 12 volt you know than your batt is doing the work and not the alt.

i used to beat up on my alt but it always did the work! when you go under 12 volt you know you need a bigger and better alt. i replaced my original alt at 165,00 miles. never went under 12.5 v with my systems.
