So, today, my only day off this week I got up at 9:30 and was patiently waiting for 10am to roll around. Reason? Tickets to see Tool live. First the ticket website wasn't working last night, still wasn't working this morning. So at 10:01 I call the number listed, wait for 8 minutes to be told they put the wrong phone number up.Tried calling the other, never got through. The website started working for me........really slow but it worked.

By 10:21 all the general admission floor tickets are gone, all the good reserved seating is gone. Now all that's left is shitty *** seating. So, it's not completely sold out, but it might as well be. Now I've heard of tool selling out quick, but this is just retarded.

That kind of ruined my day. I have to talk to my little group and see if we want the crappy seats, wait till the lights go out and then try to rush the floor.

That sucks. ^ that is probably what I would do anyway. I hate seated venues anyway. Having to buy good tickets is ****ing lame. Fight for your spot shows are better.

Exactly.I'm used to going to purely general admission shows. And then we just work our way up the front.I think it's what we'll end up doing.

Who the **** wants to sit down and watch a concert? I've only been to a couple concerts in arenas, but it seems fairly easy to be able to rush the floor.

im not into the whole screaming emo music
but that sucks... check ebay mayby in like a week or so?
Tool is not screaming emo //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif NOT EVEN CLOSE! I seriously can't beleive you've never heard of them.

Ebay, tickets will go for double their face value.**** that...............

99% of bands worth seeing don't play big seated venues anyway. The ones that do can generally **** a dick. Though if Pink Floyd reunites like Waters is wanting then I will sit on spikes to see that.

Well see, with a band as big as tool.Yeah, they're good. But they couldn't play a small venue, just simply not big enough. They were here last summer and sold out coors amphitheatre which has a capacity of almost 17,000

****ing radio play. All I can say is, enjoy your favorite bands while they're still somewhat small.

It's not just seated, but there is a lot of seating available. The floor is where its at...........or was.

I would pay 4x face value. I don't give a shit. I WILL go to see them if and when that happens.

Yeah, that's probably what they're going to be going for.But WHO GIVES A ****? For them, DEFINENTLY worth it.

Just not sure if we can afford to pay twice the price for Tool tickets tho. Other priorities come first.

Yeah, hopefully something like a Pink Floyd concert won't be out of the blue. That way I'll be able to save up an assload of money for the tickets and that other thing no pink floyd concert would be complete without, a deep sack of the dankest weed I can find.
