Im going to try to do that.take off the extra baffles and redo the one side with the ports. line them on the bottom so they dont hit the sub.

yeah do that instead just be careful not to rip the side top and bottom panels. take the stack of baffles you have on top as well. then place the sub on top of the first baffle, measure if you have enough room for all the ports at the bottom. then make the new baffle for the port. remember always measure and take all the components that go in the enclosure in consideration before you build the box.You think I could take out the wood that has the ports since I never nailed it and just replace the ports?
