Looks yummy. I'm in the same boat as you with only knowing about Xtant amps, but I would take a guess by the cone material and wide surround that it really isn't meant for much more than making things go boom. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't expect much out of it.

I was thinking Sony Explode..lol..Not a great sub, but i had a neighbor had a pair, on a Ref 500, and sounded ok,nothing extrav.

If I'm not mistaken, older models of this sub were better quality. I've also heard these are decent sq but not anything earth shattering. Play with it and report!
