Hi guys, I have an American Bass XFL 15 Dual 4 Ohm I will be running it at 2 ohms on 1k. Just a little daily driver but it will be my first 15 so I want to get low. I love decaf and any lowered or rebassed music anything from about 27hz and up is what im interested I want it to be able to hit on 27 hz not much lower than that but also be pretty balanced so im not suffering completley on the high end.. I have come up for dimensions on a box, the volume and tuning are perfect for what I want I believe but im not sure if I have to much port area or not enough? I dont know a good rule of thumb for a single 15 on 1k its pretty specific ya know? Dont know anything about chuffing or port noise so just want to make sure those dimensions will not do anything like that! Any suggestions or adjustments you think I should make will be greatly appreciated ! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Looks like you could raise the back seat maybe 2 to 2-1/2" use longer seat bolts and washers and frame/mold in the under carriage cavity of that...
