Thoughts on the Eclipse CD8062?

I tried searching the forum for info on the CD8062 from Eclipse, but didn't get any matches. It's the upgraded version of the CD8061, correct? I'm going to be upgrading my head unit over the summer, and I want the best SQ available for $800 or less (I know the Alpine 7998 retails for $800, and I'm looking at that as well). I've seen the CD8062 on Ebay for $405, but with the reserve not yet met. Any idea what one would go for retail?

Sorry for the newbie-type questions, but information is hard to find on this h/u.
