Thoughts on Hifionic as a sub

In the process of buying and saw the specs on this and the price. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_9587_Hifonics+BX12D2.html# I was interested but have no clue if they would be good for subs or not and didnt find anything really online about them(might be a hint) anyone know if they would be good or not?
