Yea mine rattles a lot. It actually did break, and now it won't open. I am assuming it is from bass but who knows. Now I have to ride around with the panel off so I can physically reach in and pull the lever that holds it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif . Now that there is no panel there and bare metal, I stuffed old clothes into the holes in the metal kind of making a more solid feel. It helped a little, but you will never get rid of ALL rattles IMO.

My Expedition rattled like crazy...

All it had for deadener was a cheap mat and some sticky shit...
