As to my comment I am mistaken. There is only so much you can get no matter how much neo or grade of neo you use with a 3 in coil and solid pole. I was informed that both the Warden and the DC Neo are pretty much maxed out in gauss strength and are both comparable in thier own right.

we need to skool ya rob. ur sub needs a thicker top plate not just the top plate off one of the other subs. add another 10-12mm to the top plate thickness and that will be alot better sub. its nice to see new designs comming out and people tring new things...

at this point its better to put the money into suspensions that can handle the abuse/mass..

speaking there are quite a few exotic designs that could be incorporated.. think of different types of compression chambers instead of your normal spiders.. controlling mass threw feed back alot like suspension dampeners already used in Cadillac for example..

quality spiders and breaking in your sub properly solve alot of suspension issues....

reguardless eventually your going to have some much mass and strength to keep it linear your going to have to resort to using suspensions of a different type/material..

the next big steps will be finding higher temp glues and more linear and stiffer suspensions..
