ok long story short, im rebuilding my crossovers by hand, until i can afford an amp and active crossoverss ect..

anyway as a bandaid and temporary solution..

i cant just run a cap in series with the passive crossover can i? it will end up combining and changing xover points overall correct?

all i need is some sort of high pass at 300 hz.. and if i gotta rebuilt em wahtever, but i have to order the inductors and dont feel like waiting lol

i need to highpass my speakers.. passively.. (cant use amp long story) ... normally you can just wire in a cap for a first order crossover.. but since the speakers already use passive crossovers between the mid and the tweeter (which are second order)... i dont know if it would still work or just change the Xover points on the passive crossover

make sense?
