This statement right here pretty much sums up your problem...

You either really are an idiot, in which case you should let your wife handle your financial situation & be quiet and do what she says like a good boy... OR you have allowed your wife to dominate you and have let her convince you that you are that afformentioned idiot, in which case you might be able to do something about it...

My advice would be to try to get involved in your financial situation more, be involved with budgeting, get involved with the grocery shopping, start a savings account... things of that nature... taking the money you were going to spend on some gear and putting it into an RRSP today might give you the clout to buy some gear tomorrow...

That or just tell her to shut her fucking mouth which is more my style...

I do want to get involed with the finances but its hard when I'm only home a couple months a year.

And I got my monthly fees

Gym, xbox, PS3 gold package thing,

Im a avid body builder so when I do a bulk cycle(like now) my diet is very expensive.

15Lbs of steak and fish a week isnt cheap

The thing is she always caves in the end. Like when I wanted a new hand gun, she hates guns but after about a month she said do it. But by that time I already had it upstairs in the safe.

I dont think I'm whining. I just need a amp rack and a battery.

And it will be complete. I dont need it louder, its all about cosmetics now.

My wife is really classy, thats one reason she dont like me messing with the car. She is all about luxury, not the system.

I dont take out enough to put a dint in it. And there are times when she will ask me what a charge is and I'll just tell her. She gets mad for a day then she is over it.

Its hard to know whats in our account at all times cause we never use cash, it all check card. And her pay is diffrent evey two weeks. Mine dont unless im deployed, in which case it goes up a little.

In all reallity I think she know. Just not to the full extent

I havent looked at our account in a minute, I just see how much is in there every once in a while.
