i think its kind of hard to "move" when your not on a 4- lane highway.

i live in rural IL, no 4 - laners excect the big highways and when im going 60 on a regular 2-lane, and people tailgate me, fuck em, i jam on my brakes. They can pass me or not, it just pisses me off when they get really really close, then just say there.

Theres 2 different things/ways to tailgate

1 if the lane is open in the passing lane and the idiot infront of u just wont speed to pass the car/semi whatever thats a nono....and what usually pisses ppl off, and they need a beatdown...

2 if its just bumper to bumper, high speed traffic i would lay off a bit but thats when u get fukd, people cuttn in front of u then..

number 1 is my pet peeve.. people who box u in and dont move there ***...

Simple motto if im ever behind u on cruise and u pull infront of me, u better hope i dont come off cruise

obviously, if you are in traffic..or on a 2 lane road riding someones ***, youre an *******...but, @ 11pm when im coming home and there 4 lanes, and there is 4 people driving door to door with nobody in front of them...I am going to cut the guy in the left hand lane off if i have to...and turn my right turn signal on..

im sorry, i was taught to be aware of my surroundings at all times when i drive..i consider barrelling down the road in a 2-ton vehicle @ 70mph an interactive activity..most people arent even aware someone is behind them trying to get by..or theyre just an inconsiderate POS who doesnt give a **** about anything besides what they have going on, or the person theyre talking to on the phone.

One time my car suddenly decided it didnt want to run anymore and stalled out...I was coasting and heading for the dunkin donuts parking lot...this ***,sitting and waiting to go pulls HALFWAY OUT and then stops.(SIDE NOTE: IF YOUR GOING TO PULL HALFWAY OUT YOUD BETTER BE FUCCING GOING)I'm obviusly mad enough about the car being dead so I yell FUCC YOU and give him the finger...I go around him still coasting at like 20 or so mph. pull into dunkin's. ****er pulls up next to me..I've got a honda...he's got some stupid *** jacked up truck that wouldnt be much good for anything except driving in a swamp...anyways he pulls up and starts yelling "WHY DID YOU GIVE ME THE FINGER" This dude was jacked, way bigger than me... might have taken me if we fought but at that point I didn't give a **** it was me and my Mag light against him if he wanted to bring it... I don't think he was expecting the verbal drill sargent type screaming that I unleased on him because he layed a patch and was gone after I breathed flames on him.

THINGS NOT TO DO WHILE DRIVING:

(Also known as: Why I don't own a gun.)

1. Wave people on. Sure it seems like a nice gesture till the person you waved on gets kissed by the semi that you didn't notice going 80 in the breakdown lane.

2. Go 5 under after you fuccing cut off half the cars in the city to get out in front.

3. YAK on your fucCing cell phone and not pay attention...err even typing this makes me angry.

4.Use your blinker after or just as you turn. WHY FUCCING USE IT AT ALL THEN?

5.RIDE MY ***>>>LET YOU PASS>>>YOU HIT THE BRAKES? FUCC YOU!@Q$Y*^(*&^

6. Be a woman driver.

dude, i dont care if its someone's grandma's in labor let alone someone's wife. if some fuccer wants to be a husband and knock up his wife he should have the decency to take her fat *** to the hospital.. besides that, she shouldnt be tailgating me in that situation she should be chopping lanes like a madman on the way to the hospital.. why the hell r u gonna follow someone you dont know because youre in labor. if youre in labor get to the hospital b!tch, dont follow me im going to work. oh, and if you tailgate me and i brake-check you and i total your car and you get all mad, its your own fault for tailgating.. i dont give a flying fuc how big u r im going to do it to you.. then when u wanna get violent for your own mistakes ill pull out my auto lock and beat you merciless with it as soon as you try to make your move.. or ill hold a dandy master lock in my hand thats in my glove compartment and beat your face with it. i might be small but a big guy could not handle being punched by a master lock in the face rapidly.. if you have a baseball bat i have a POS hooptie that doesnt mind running over your big *** in self defense. it would be one hell of a court case but u for sure wouldnt win tailgating me.. and your insurance will be paying for MY damages..

Umm...hey, pinhead? You know nothing about me and nothing about my driving habits. My average disposition on public roadways is traveling somewhere above the posted legal limit. At no time since I have had a driver's license has anyone ever been held up because I was driving too slow, I promise.

Furthermore, tailgating inandofitself can potentially put my life in danger as well as my passengers' lives and the lives of the person or people in the vehicle doing the tailgating. If I have to make an emergency evasive manuever {*insert random reason here*} then what is likely going to happen to someone who was riding my bumper at the time I made said manuever?

Do you think the only reason people tailgate others is due to the person getting tailgated driving unreasonably slow or irresponsibly as to hold up the regular, normal flow of traffic? You and hzsogood may now climb the fvck off of your high horses and get a grip.

My earlier post was in direct response to SSS 18734 talking about randomly tailgating people for miles with no apparent motivation other than boredom.

SO! I'll reiterate ~ tailgate me more than 1/2 a mile or so and your insurance company will soon be getting an invoice from the AutoBody shop of my choice. Period.

Edit: It would seem noob with an RS and I are on the exact same page regarding this subject.

Driving safe in SoCal seems distinct, in the city I live in people can't drive worth a $hit! Do what I do and just get used to it, know their gonna be dumba$$es and anticipate that, just don't turn in to one of them by trying to prove your bada$$ and do something stupid... you never know the size of someone drving that car
