for one they don't make jeeps like they used to.

second: at just the right speed and angle of that branch making it's way over the axles and shit it probrably acted like a spear once the other end gets a firm grip on the ground to stop it in.

branches like that don't snap easily.

third: under the speaker the trim is also broken and pushed towards the driver.

imagine if that branch caught his shin. OUCH.
