either way, If I was going 90 on the fast lane and I saw someone gaining pretty fast behind me, than I'd move outta the way ( to the right lane). Which was def. open since she tried to go that way to pass him.

Well it's not loading for me but is this the 18yr old in the 911 that hit the toll booth around 130mph? If so, that's her fault. Her parents shouldn't have bought her a freakin' 911.
She "clipped" an FG1 but yet the pictures I've seen (last week, diff. forum) the Civic was pretty banged up too.

But in all reality, yes it's sad that she is gone, but that is why we don't drink and drive. Especially on a highway. Hell, I have a hard enough time getting out to my car, none the less even think about driving.
